Book your installation appointment for a battery already purchased through Batengo. This booking is free of charge and is intended exclusively for batteries purchased from our website.
Before scheduling your appointment, please ensure you have selected the correct battery for your device and the appropriate service option. Batteries that include on-site installation are priced accordingly, as they cover travel within the GTA.
Appointments are confirmed after battery purchase and compatibility verification.
Battery availability is confirmed before appointments are booked.
Some battery models may require 1–2 business days for availability.
Repairs are completed at a private service location in Mississauga or on-site within the GTA for an additional $85 travel fee.
On-site service requires a well-lit workspace and access to a nearby window or door for safety.
Most battery replacements take approximately 1 hour, depending on device condition.
Third-party batteries include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Original Apple batteries include a 90-day Apple warranty and applicable manufacturer coverage.
Customers are responsible for backing up their data prior to service.
Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
