Not sure if your battery needs replacing? If your computer isn’t lasting as long as it used to, Batengo offers a professional battery health diagnosis to help you decide with confidence.
Using official diagnostic tools, we assess your system’s battery condition and review the results with you during a one-on-one remote session. You’ll receive clear, honest insight into your battery’s health and guidance on whether replacement is necessary. Service available for MacBook Late 2014 models and newer.
If a battery replacement is recommended and completed through Batengo, the diagnosis fee will be credited toward the battery installation.
$25 · 30-minute remote session (regularly $50)
Battery availability is confirmed before appointments are booked.
Some battery models may require 1–3 business days for availability.
Repairs are completed at a private service location in Mississauga or on-site within the GTA for an additional $85 travel fee.
On-site service requires a well-lit workspace and access to a nearby window or door for safety.
Most battery replacements take approximately 1 hour, depending on device condition.
Third-party batteries include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Original Apple batteries include a 90-day Apple warranty and applicable manufacturer coverage.
Customers are responsible for backing up their data prior to service.
Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
